This one is called “Judge” and were only released in Japan.

There are two versions of “Judge”, a green and a purple one.
The difference is that this green version contained a bug that gave the left player an advantage.
The left player could therefore more easily win.

The purple version is a corrected one, and were released world wide.

Released in 1980.
