I have replaced the capacitors, and it is now in working order. 🙂

The connectors were missing some pieces, so i decided to replace them with BNC connectors instead.

Case closed. 🙂

This is a Tech TE-20 Signal Generator.

It is currently not working, no output.
I have started replacing the capacitors, but are now waiting for more capacitors i did not have.
